AK EVO 5 IS HERE IN SINGAPORE ON 20 SEP 2012

AK Evo 5 has finally arrived in Singapore today (20 Sep 2012) at around 3pm at some of the arcade game stores.

There are totally 82 cards (2 Ultra Rare, 7 Gold, 10 Silver, 12 Bronze and 51 Normal) in Evo 5 as follow:
1) Animal - 44 cards
a) 2 Ultra Rare cards (Mecha Lion-Elite and Brutus)
b) 5 Gold cards (Joker, European Bison, Master Blue, Mecha Eagle-DX and Mecha Gorilla-DX)
c) 4 Silver cards (Shuffle, Sperm Whale, Alligator Snapping Turtle and Caucasus Beetle)
d) 6 Bronze cards (Ace, Holstein, Spiny Flower Mantis, Mecha Shark, Celeo, Leo Jr. and Regulus, Scorch Jr.)
e) 27 Normal cards

2) Strong - 20 cards
a) 1 Gold card (Forbidden Power)
b) 4 Silver cards (Mecha Fighters, Master and Pupil, Dynamic Jump and Friends Forever)
c) 3 Bronze cards (Shining Supernova, Hunger for Battle and Narrow Victory)

AK EVO TOURNAMENT NEW CHAMP CARDS AND PROMO CARDS

These sets of cards are very rare at the moment as right now in Singapore only a few got these champ and promo cards.

GAK JAPAN TOURNAMENT PROMO CARD AND CHAMPION CERTIFICATE

GAK Tournament is coming soon in Japan.
Here are the promo card and the champion gold and silver certificate.
The Bengal Tiger promo card is nice. The face of the tiger is so fierce.
Now they even give out the champion certificate for Gold and Silver Champion.
Wonder is there any champion card?

ONE PIECE AR CARDDASS FORMATION CARD GAME IN SMART PHONE

ONE PIECE AR Carddass Formation card game is available in smart phone now. Installation is free.
How to play it.
1) Download the app (free).
You must download the "One Piece ARcarddass Formation" app to play the game. A Wi-Fi connection required to download the application.
The application can be downloaded from IOS devices App Store or Andriod OS Devices Google Play.

2) Scan the AR code and read serial code.
You have to scan the serial code to register a card into the app.
After the application has started up, select "AR Scan" on the right-hand menu bar to register a card.

Read the AR code printed in the middle of the back of the card as shown in the diagram. Then read the serial code printed on the back. (Note: You can't register a card with just the AR code.)

3) Once your card is registered, start the battle.
After registered a card, you can choose that character as your opponent.
To battle against the character on the card, go to "Battle" > "Crew Battle" on the right-hand menu bar, then tab "Change" on the target side. Or just choose "Start battle now" when the 3D character appears after you scan AR code.
And if you defeat that character and clear the given mission, you can register them to your playable characters.

4) Scan three cards at the same time to battle boss.
With the app. not only you can fight one-on-one crew battle, but you can also team up three characters to challenge against a strong opponent in a Boss Battle.

To form a team for a Boss Battle challenge:
First, select "List" > "My Team" from the right-hand menu bar.
Then form a team on the team slot from the second page or after (team on the first page are basic team and cannot be changed) to move to the scan screen.
Select "Formation". Then scroll left and right to choose your team formation. Get 3 cards ready for each battle position in your formation (the 3 cards selected must be your crew members), then select "Confirm" and the formation of your new team is complete.

There are total 49 cards to collect for ONE PIECE English Version 1 which consist of:
1) 2 King Rare (KR) cards
2) 7 Super Rare (SR) cards
3) 8 Rare (R) cards
4) 10 Uncommon (UC) cards
5) 22 Common (C) cards

The One Piece cards are available in "Comics Connection" stores. There may be other stores selling it. I will update more on where to buy the cards once I have more information.
There are 3 cards in a pack.

AK SUPER RARE CARD CAMPAIGN

There will be super rare card campaign in AK Evo 5.
With 5 of these special cards ('Big AK' cards), can exchange for one super rare card.
There are 5 super rare cards (Galleon, Fake Siegfried, Mecha Lion, Red Scorpion and Saber-toothed Tiger) to collect.
There are limited stock for these super rare cards.
So get them while you can.
These super rare cards can be played in AK Evo 5 machines.

AK EVO 4 CARDS THAT WILL NOT APPEAR IN AK EVO 5

This is your last chance to get these Evo 4 cards as these cards will not appear in AK Evo 5.
Mecha Eagle-DX, Mecha Gorilla-DX and Mecha Shark not in the list. Does it means that they will still appear in Evo 5? We will find out soon.

AK Evo 5 is here in September 2012 in SINGAPORE only.
The Ultra rare cards are Brutus and Mecha Lion-Elite.
There are some new villian beasts that are not in Japanese AK version (Villian Andean Condor and Villian Cobra).

TIMEZONE AK TOURNAMENT ON 29 & 30 SEP 2012

Timezone will be organising AK Tournaments at various outlets (refer to the poster below for the locations) on 29 and 30 Sep 2012, 11am.

Registration is on first-come first-served basis.

Registration fee is $2 (refundable upon participation).
