EXPENSIVE GOULT / GAK BINDER IN JAPAN

The GOULT / GAK binder is selling very expensive in Japan. It cost around 7000 to 10000 yen (around S$90 to S$130). I think that it's too expensive and not worth to pay so much for just a binder.
